Q. Can I run the same campaign in multiple countries at the same time?
Campaigns can be run simultaneously in multiple countries. However, available products and targeting options may differ by country, so please make sure to discuss the details with your WEBTOON representative.
Q. Can creatives be rotated or replaced during the campaign?
The operational guidelines differ by product category, as shown below.

Q. What types of advertising performance metrics can I see in the report?
We provide key metrics based on each product’s characteristics, as shown below.
Reports are delivered according to the agreed schedule within the campaign period.

Q. Can we integrate with MMPs, server tracking, or add URL tags for log collection?
(1) Display Ads
: We support integration with 3rd-party tracking tags such as Image Tags and URL Redirect formats.
(2) Offer-wall Ads
: We support integration with major MMPs, including Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, Airbridge, and others.

⚙️ Contract & Billing
Q. What is the minimum campaign budget?
Minimum spend requirements vary by country, as shown below.
The amounts listed refer to the minimum monthly spend, and details may differ by region. Please consult your WEBTOON representative for specifics.
(1) Display Ads
ID / TW / TH : ecommended minimum 3,000 USD (TW: 100,000 TWD)
FR : 5,000 USD
If running campaigns across multiple countries, separate consultation with your representative is required.
(2) Offer-wall
US : Minimum 3,000 USD
Single-country campaigns: Recommended 2,000 USD+ per country
Multi-country campaigns: Minimum 3,000 USD total across all participating countries (with at least 1,000 USD recommended per country)
If the budget is not fully spent within the campaign period, you may extend the duration or settle based on the consumed amount.
Q. How does the billing process work?
All advertisers follow a prepaid billing model, and payment must be completed at least 2 business days before the campaign start date.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
If the campaign is canceled within 10 business days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the final rate will be charged.

Ads are delivered based on user, content, and device information collected within the WEBTOON app.
